About Us

This South-Indian Vegetarian Cuisine is subtly flavoured, yet rich in variety. The spices are so delicately and judiciously blended together that the food always retains the basic essence of its flavour. Therein lies its speciality. From the nutritional point of view the food is perfectly balanced, low in cholesterol and fat, and not necessarily spicy.

Menu's were first heard of as being adopted for table use in the year 1541, when at a banquet given by "duke henry of Brunswick" his grace had asheet of papaer by his side to which he occassionally referred when questioned by one of his guests about what he was looking at. he answered that it was looking at. he answered that it was a programme of what they were eating and that it helped him to reserve his appetite for those dished he liked. the idea was admired so much that it became generally known as menu.
